Mockpay takes flight

Mockpay exists to carry everything around payment acceptance except the acceptance itself. Point an application at a Stripe-shaped API, exercise the integration, inspect what happened — no processor, no risk, no waiting.

Today the platform scaffold is live:

• Accounts and test-mode API keys (mock_sk_...)
• A reporting app for keys and integration activity
• The /v1 lane, reserved and key-gated, answering honestly that payment primitives are still under construction

Next milestone: PaymentIntents core — customers, payment methods, payment intents, and the test-card outcome matrix. Webhooks (outbound delivery plus a hosted webhook catcher) follow.
